SSMIC talks with Chief Sayers about Truth and Reconciliation

Listen in as Executive Director Peter Bruijns, and RAIN Manager David Thompson hear from Dean Sayers, Chief of Batchewana First Nation, about the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, what it means, and things we can do in our community.

This Thursday, September 30th, we encourage you to take part in Truth and Reconciliation Day, by wearing an orange shirt, participating in local events honouring this day, and reflecting on Chief Sayers' words.

Thank you, Miigwech to Chief Dean Sayers and Alex Syrette for sharing your words with us.
